Welcome to the Villa Victor international activity centre!
The Villa Victor international activity centre provides activities for
immigrants and Finns living in Oulu. We arrange informative events and
courses in the Finnish language for immigrants, together with clubs,
celebrations and cultural events for people interested in all things
international. Further details of these events are in the event
calendar.
Our facilities provide computers for use free of charge as well as newspapers
and magazines in several languages. You may also play various musical
instruments, watch TV or attend other activities
if you wish.
