Koskela Library temporary premises will open on 10.7.2023 at 12:00
Temporary premises of the Koskela Library will be opened on Monday, 10.7.2023 at 12:00, at Tullimiehentie 2 L 6, 90650 Oulu.
Regular opening hours of the small library are Mon–Tue 12–19, Wed–Fri 9–15. You can borrow and return library materials.
The reform of health, social and rescue services
Healthcare, social welfare, and rescue services will move from the responsibility of the City of Oulu to the wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (Pohde) from the beginning of 2023. Read more about the reform (pohde.fi)
