Self-service hours out of use at the Ylikiiminki Library
Self-service hours at the Ylikiiminki Library are out of use until further notice starting 12.5.2023. We will try to fix the technical issue as soon as possible. Due dates and the last pick-up dates for reservations have been moved to Tuesday 30.5.
The reform of health, social and rescue services
Healthcare, social welfare, and rescue services will move from the responsibility of the City of Oulu to the wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (Pohde) from the beginning of 2023. Read more about the reform (pohde.fi)
