All Luuppi destinations have a gift shop. Luuppi gift shops are a little like us humans – nice, positively surprising, all different. The gift shops complement Luuppi's unique offering of history, art and science. The products in them are inspired by our exhibitions and, in many cases, the contents of the museums' own collections. Like Luuppi, they also tell stories of the North.
In each Luuppi shop, you will find things that are not available anywhere else. They are perfect for gifts, presents, anniversaries and decoration.
The Luuppi shop in the Science Centre offers delightful scientific gifts and presents for little scientists. Our science packages can be used to conduct chemistry experiments, make soap, investigate fingerprints and more. 3D crystal puzzles, space-themed 4D puzzles and the immensely popular magic sand are also available.
The Luuppi shop in the Oulu Museum of Art offers entertaining, practical and unique products perfect as presents or for yourself for home decoration. Jewellery, books, ceramics are also available. Our shop in the art museum also specialises in tuning and recycling, and has a great selection of art postcards and publications.
The tiny Luuppi shop in the Northern Ostrobothnia Museum offers games, post cards, traditional paper dolls, books, T-shirts and souvenirs. Necklaces and earrings based on historical themes are unique gifts for your loved ones – or for yourself.
The ticket office of the Turkansaari Open Air Museum has a scent of tar in the air. Nice souvenirs, delicacies, postcards, tar products, tar soap and ceramics are also available.
The Luuppi shop of the Kierikki Stone Age Centre offers Stone Age handicrafts. The Kierikki line of handicrafts includes products from ceramics and textiles to T-shirts and jewellery. The latest addition to the offering is the Luuppi range of bronze and silver jewellery.
Luuppi shops are open during the opening hours of the respective museum or the science centre. No ticket is required to enter them.
