Effects of the municipal strike on the city library services 3.–9.5.2022

The municipal strike will have a major impact on the services provided by the City of Oulu 3.–9.5.2022.

During the strike 3.–9.5., the Oulu Main Library and the libraries of Haukipudas, Kaakkuri and Myllyoja are open. Use of the self-service library is only possible at the Kaakkuri library.

All other libraries are closed. The open libraries have changes in opening hours and limited services.

Return hatches of the Main Library and Haukipudas library are open.

Due dates and reservations’ pick-up dates 3.–9.5. have been moved to Tuesday 10.5.

Mobile library Kauno will drive normal evening routes.
