Client survey for the Oulu Basic Education Services 2023
This questionnaire is to gather feedback from you, the guardians, in order to further develop the services we provide.
The results of the client survey will be utilised in development at the level of the entire city, as well as school development. Key results will be communicated on the city's website. The results of the survey will also be submitted to the Education Committee for their information.
The school-specific results and the agreed development measures will be discussed with the guardians on a school-specific basis.
Answers to the survey will be anonymous. Your answers will be treated as confidential, and there will be no way to associate your answers with your identity.
