Our ECEC centre is located in a quiet area with wonderful outdoor activities. We invest in high-quality and individualised early childhood education where everyone feels safe. Our ECEC centre has been trained in high-quality pedagogy for the little ones, and we consider safe encounters and the presence of an adult in the child's everyday life to be important.
Regional cooperation with families provides an important opportunity to take care of the well-being of families with children, and this is also safeguarded by our active parent committee, where every guardian is welcome.
In our work, we place particular emphasis on recognizing the significance of each child’s individuality and the importance of wondering about the small moments of everyday life. The adult is here for the child, and we have shaped our daily routines to best support the needs of the children. We follow an adaptive small‑group pedagogy, in which every child is acknowledged as an individual within our daily life that evolves from day to day
