Welcome to the City of Oulu's integration services!
In integration services, we help people who have moved to Finland to become part of Finnish society.
Integration Services
You may be entitled to integration services when:
you have a residence permit and you live in Oulu
no more than three years have passed since you received your first residence permit or registered your right of residence
You also meet one of the following conditions:
you or your family members are granted international protection or temporary protection
you receive child home care allowance
you receive social assistance other than temporarily

How can integration services help you?
We will guide and advise you on the services available to you. Together, we will assess what services you need. If necessary, we can draw up an integration plan with you. In the integration plan, we will agree on Finnish language studies. We employ integration experts and instructors. Laws govern the operation of integration services
We provide:
information about your rights and obligations in Finnish society
help with using various services
advice on housing
tips for leisure time and hobbies
advice on applying for daycare and school
How do you access integration services?
You can come to the service point. If necessary, we will book an interpreter for you. You can also call us and send us an email. Remember to use a secure email.

Guidance and counselling without an appointment
Guidance and counselling on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9.00 am to 10.00 am
Guidance and counselling for Ukrainians in the integration period on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (arrive by 10:30 a.m.)
