Video filming at Oulu Central Library Saari 10.–12.1.2026

Video filming will take place at Oulu Central Library Saari from 10th to 12th January 2026 during the opening hours. The filming is part of the architectural and spatial documentation and communication of the library building.

Filming will take place in the library’s public areas during normal opening hours. Visitors will not be filmed in a recognisable way without their consent, and privacy will be carefully respected at all times.
