We organize preschool education in the Tilhet group. Cooperation between preschool and primary education is implemented through activity pair class activities and by developing pedagogy for 5–8-year-olds. Student welfare services are part of the cooperation. During the transition to school, cooperation is carried out with preschool and primary education staff regarding pupils' school and learning capabilities.

Metsokangas ECEC centre is located in the southern area of Oulu in connection with the Metsokangas community centre. Our ECEC centre groups operate in Isometso and Pikkumetso buildings. Our ECEC centre is surrounded by diverse outdoor and sports terrains. The activities are guided by the early childhood education plan, working in flexible groups in everyday life, Half a Day in the Yard activities and STEAM pedagogy.
