Kempele Library will stop accepting cash payments starting 1.10.

The use of cash has declined significantly, and the vast majority of payments are now made by payment cards. For this reason, it will no longer be possible to pay library fees in cash at Kempele Library. Other reasons include the administrative burden of managing the cash till and security risks.

You can still pay your library fees at Kempele Main Library using the most common payment cards.

Payments can also be made online in the OUTI Web Library. To pay in the web library, you will need your library card details and PIN, as well as your online banking credentials.
