The Registry Office

The City of Oulu has one joint registry serving the entire city, which is responsible for registering matters related to decision-making and incoming documents.

After registration, incoming documents are forwarded from the Registry to the administrative branches for processing and answering. You can ask the Registry about the status of the processing of registered matters and the person preparing the matter.

The City of Oulu Registry Office

The City Registry is located in the same facilities as the City Archives in Etu-Lyötty.

There is a locked mailbox next to the main entrance where you can leave your incoming mail for the Registry. The Registry empties the mailbox twice a day.

You may park your car along Kansankatu on the parking spaces with discs or on the customer parking space in the yard in front of the building. In addition, there is one parking space for people with reduced mobility in the yard next to the entrance. The nearest bus stops are located on Saaristonkatu.
