Library fees can also be paid at the Oulu10 service point in the city centre

It has been possible to pay library fees at the Oulu10 service points in Haukipudas, Kiiminki, Oulunsalo, Yli-Ii, and Ylikiiminki. At the beginning of September, the service was also extended to the service point in the city centre at Torikatu 10. The Oulu10 service point in the city centre is open Monday to Friday 10–16. The opening hours of all service points can be found on the City of Oulu website.

At Oulu10 service points, payments can be made with most common debit and credit cards or cash. You must have your library card with you to pay your library fees. The libraries in Haukipudas, Kaakkuri, Kaijonharju, Karjasilta, Kiiminki, Maikkula, Myllyoja, Oulunsalo, and Rajakylä also accept card payments. There are no longer any cash registers in any of the local libraries.
