Library opening hours around Independence Day 5.–6.12.

On Friday 5.12. customer service will open no later than 10.00 and close by 16.00. Mobile libraries will drive according to their schedules until 16.00. Self-service libraries can be visited during their opening hours. A valid OUTI library card and PIN are required for entry during self-service hours.

On Friday 5.12. Central Library Saari will be open for self-service 8–9 and customer service 9–16. Haukipudas, Kiiminki and Oulunsalo Libraries will be open for self-service 8.30–10 and customer service 10–16. Central Library Saari will be closed on Independence Day, Saturday 6.12.

Jääli Library will be open for self-service only on Friday 5.12., self-service hours are 7–20 and there is no customer service in the library.
