Oulu oivaltaa

Based on Oulu’s new city strategy, Northern Glow! Oulu 2035, the strategy implementation programmes are being updated. One of these is the Education Programme, which guides the operations of the City of Oulu’s Education and Cultural Services.

The evaluation of the current programme and the preparation of the new Education and Culture Programme will continue throughout the rest of the year. During the autumn, views and ideas will also be collected from Oulu residents through events and open discussion sessions. The Education and Culture Programme 2027–2030 will be completed in early 2027.
