Oulun Lyseo offers an IB Diploma Programme following the International Baccalaureate curriculum. The IB Diploma School is located in the same building as the Oulu International School (Kasarmintie 4) in the centre of Oulu, a five-minute walk from the main campus.

Oulun Lyseon lukio main campus is in the centre of Oulu (Kajaaninkatu 3), in a building opened in 1831 and renovated in 2023.
