City of Oulu’s Digital Support

You will receive guidance and support for online services from the Oulu10 service points and libraries. At Oulu10, you can ask about any of the City of Oulu’s online services. 

You will receive information technology teaching and guidance at libraries and the liberal education institution Oulu-Opisto. 

Libraries 

At libraries, you can receive help for using the online services and equipment of the Oulu City Library. Many libraries offer guidance for everyone on the use of computers, mobile devices and using online services. Other providers can offer digital support at libraries as well, such as banks, KELA or the tax office.

Oulu10 Customer Service 

Oulu10 Services – the city of Oulu’s centered customer service – offer guidance in using the city’s and some official state online services. You will also get information about other digital support providers in the area. At the service points you can use customer computers and printers free of charge.

Oulu-opisto

At Oulu-opisto, you can study information technology in various ways with courses aimed at beginners (for example, elder people) and advanced users. Course subjects include programming, image processing, picture book creation and video editing.  

Register for Oulu-opisto courses online or by calling the Oulu-opisto office or at the Oulu-opisto office. See the Oulu-opisto course offerings in the online service. You may also retrieve a printed course programme from libraries or Oulu10 Service Points in early August.
