Due to the wishes and needs of digital support providers, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency has compiled the Ethical Guidelines for Digital Support. The Guidelines present the duties of digital support providers and customers. The goal of the Guidelines is to promote safe and high-quality digital support provided in mutual agreement between both parties.
