Children as Artists in Oulu

Children as Artists in Oulu (Lapset taiteilijoina Oulussa) project’s goal is to make artworks created by children in early childhood education visible in public places all over Oulu.  

The project is realized from May 1 – December 31, 2026, and it is part of the official Oulu2026 Programme.
