City of Oulu opened 108 facilities for citizens and associations all over Oulu free of charge

The city of Oulu has opened facilities in schools, community centres, and daycare centres free of charge for the use of customers and associatons based on the decision made by the Education Committee (June 18, 2024 / § 53), and the Well-being, Culture and Sports Committee (June 12, 2024 / § 32). The facilities can be reserved on the evenings outside of official operating times. 

There are 108 facilities in 22 units for club and meeting places all over Oulu.

Facilities are reserved via Timmi 

The facilities can be viewed and reserved independently on the Timmi Booking Service. A contact person is listed for each facility on Timmi. You may ask them for more information regarding the facility and agree on procedures. The contact person will provide keys and all other needed information. 

A list of units from which facilities can be reserved is found on the city of Oulu’s Community Activities webpage with direct links to Timmi. The webpage also includes instructions for registration to Timmi, making reservations, and general terms and conditions. You must read the general terms and conditions before making reservations.
