Register your event!

Create an event in Oulu Event Calendar by August 13, 2025. You can find detailed instructions for using the calendar on Oulu Event Calendar website. Short instructions in English below:

1. Click "Add event" and create an account
2. Create an event organizer profile
3. Create an event

1. Link the event to the Oulun Päivät umbrella event
– Check the box: "This event is related to a larger set of events"
– Then, from the list that appears, select: Oulun Päivät

2. Add Oulun Päivät tag
– Go to the "Where do you want your page to be displayed?" section.
– Under the "What’s on" category, add the following tag:
"Oulun Päivät 5.–7.9.2025"

3. Add your own hashtags
– In the Add your own tags section, you can include additional hashtags relevant to your event. A few carefully chosen hashtags are often more effective than using too many.
– The official Oulun Päivät hashtags are:
#oulunpaivat and #oulunpaivat2025

The content entered into the event calendar and tagged under Oulu Days' program will automatically appear on the Oulu Days website and in the "What's On" section of the event calendar. In addition, we collect information for printed advertisement materials and other communication materials from the event calendar. Each organizer is responsible for checking the information of their event.
