Production support for Oulu Days can be applied for from 18 February to 20 March 2026. Through this support, events and performances are selected to be part of a programme that enriches the city, brings people together, and makes Oulu vibrant. Propose your own content and join us in creating the event weekend on 4–6 September 2026.
