Monine-project  (1.9.2022 - 31.8.2023)

Monine project aims to develop and strengthen Villa Victor’s multilingual guidance to serve more immigrants living in the Oulu area in a better way. The goal of the project is to strengthen E-services, the visibility of the multilingual guidance and the professional skills of the advisors. The multilingual guidance will also be seen in different events and locations through pop up guidance. Along with the project, multilingual guidance as well as the entire Villa Victor will become more present in the everyday life of the people who have moved to Oulu. The project is a second follow-up project for the project which started a 2020. It is funded by Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.
