Monine-project
Monine-project aims to develop and strengthen Villa Victor’s multilingual assistance in order to reach more immigrants living in the Oulu area in a better way. The goal of the project is to strengthen the electronic services and the visibility of the multilingual assistance as well as the professional skills of the advisors. Along with the project, multilingual assistance as well as the entire Villa Victor will become more present in the everyday life of the people who have moved to Oulu. The project is funded by Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.
