The Åström Park is located in Myllytulli, Oulu. There is a wide network of rock dust passageways in the area that accommodate varied forms of mobility, including wheelchairs and baby carriages.

The event organizer is responsible for waste management and sanitation.
The traffic connections around the area must not be obstructed.
There is a memorial plaque for the Explorer Giuseppe Acerbi in the area which must be protected if needed.
Access and Parking
Railway station – 800 m
Buses pass nearby.
You may park curbside and in the city centre's parking facilities.
Area, Surfaces and Structures
Area: approximately 5300 m²
A concrete stone paved road and a rock dust covered passageway cross the grass area.
There are park benches by the passageways.
Water and Wastewater
There are no water points or toilets in the area.
Power Outlets and Lighting
In the northern corner of the area there is a distribution board, 3x125 A. The board is marked on the map. Utilization requires a temporary electricity contract with Oulun Energia.

The use of public spaces is subject to a charge. The fees are determined by the Urban and Environment Services of Oulu's price list (in Finnish).
