The customer survey for basic education services in Oulu is open until March 23. The survey collects feedback from the guardians, to improve operations. 

The results of the customer survey are utilized in city-level development work as well as in school development work. Key results will be communicated on the city's website. 

School-specific results and agreed development measures will be reviewed with guardians on a school-by-school basis. The results of the survey will also be presented to the Education committee.

The survey is open from March 10th to 23rd, 2025. Guardians will receive the response link via Wilma.

The survey can be answered in Finnish, English, or Somali. The survey is answered anonymously.
