Digital Support Service Point opens in Oulu10 on March 10, 2026

Oulu10 Customer Service will include a new Digital Support Service Point starting from Tuesday, March 10, 2026. At the Service Point, citizens will receive free-of-charge and low-threshold guidance in using digital devices and online services. The service is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9.30–14.00 at the address Torikatu 10. 

At the Digital Support Service Point, OSAO’s welfare technology students help customers with using phones, tablets, and computers, for example. The students will guide you in, for example, using online services, device installations, updates, installing applications, and investigating basic problems. 

Oulu10 customer service workers will help you with using the city’s online services. 

Digital Support is open to everybody and free of charge, and you can arrive without reservation. You don’t need to have large issues either – you can, for example, practice transferring pictures from your phone to a computer, or check how an application works. You will be guided on the matters that are important to you.
