Oulu10 Service Points reduce ticket sale services starting from January 1, 2026

Starting from January 1, 2026, Oulu10 Service Points will only sell event tickets to the city of Oulu’s own culture services and Oulu2026 – European Capital of Culture events. Tickets can be purchased for events that utilize the Ticketmaster or Lippu.fi ticket sale services.  

Other ticket sales for commercial events and events by private organizers will end in Oulu10 Service Points on January 1, 2026. 

Oulu10 serves as the city of Oulu’s central customer service points, and its goal is to support and guide citizens in utilizing municipal services. Ticket sales for commercial or private events have grown exponentially and that has caused the city additional costs. Thus, the service will be reduced. 

All event tickets can still be purchased from the event organizer’s online ticket sale service. You can utilize online services at Oulu10 Service Points – you can use customer computers and print if needed.
