Survey on the new lighting on Kainuuntie
13.10.2026
Have you noticed that the streetlights on Kainuuntie are different? The new lights use significantly less blue light than regular LED streetlights. The difference appears as warmer tones in the lights.
The goal of the new solution is to reduce the effects of light on dark environments and nocturnal animals. The new lights are more energy-efficient as well. The reduction of blue light also reduces glare.
We would love to hear what the new lights feel like and how they work for you in your everyday life. Responding to the survey takes about 2 minutes. Thank you for helping us develop out street lighting!
