Welcome to Oulu festival takes place on Friday September 6 in Mannerheim Park. The event is open from 13.00 to 18.00, free of charge, and open to everyone.

Event area

• The area includes a performance stage, tents for various actors, a water point, and toilet facilities (portable toilets)
• The event area is not fenced, and movement within the area is at your own risk
• There is an information point at the event area providing additional details about the event and the area
• There is a first aid station next to the event's information point

Access

• Mannerheim Park is located in the city centre of Oulu with easy access via public transportation
• There are parking spaces in the nearby street areas, and city center parking facilities are within a short distance

What is allowed at the event and what is not?

• You can bring your own picnic snacks and a water bottle
• There is a water point near the restroom facilities
• Please do not bring alcohol or other substances to the event
• You can bring a raincoat but not an umbrella
• Please do not bring professional cameras, camera tripods, separate flashes, or other additional equipment, video cameras, or recording devices
• Animals are welcome in Mannerheim Park
• Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area
• Please do not bring sharp objects to the event area
