The city of Oulu’s Digital Support Service Desk’s services will continue on August 18, 2026. Free-of-charge digital support is offered in two service points: Central Library Saari and Oulu10 Service Desk on Torikatu.

Digital Support Service Desks are open:

  • Mondays and Thursdays at 9.30–15.00 (starting from Thursday August 20)
Central Library Saari, Kaarlenväylä 3, third floor

  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 9.30–14.00 (starting from Tuesday August 18)
    Oulu10 Service Desk, Torikatu 10

At the Digital Support Service Desks, OSAO’s wellbeing technology students offer free-of-charge and low-threshold digital support for residents of all ages. The service offers personal guidance on using the internet, your phone, tablet, or laptop. They may also help you with issues with smart devices and everyday digital services.

Digital support is open to everybody and free of charge. You do not need to make a reservation beforehand. You can arrive with smaller or larger digital challenges. You can practice using your phone or computer, change device settings, update programs, or learn to use new applications with the OSAO students.

At the Oulu10 Customer Service Desk, you will also get help in using all the city’s online services from the customer service workers. The staff of Central Library Saari will help you with using library services.

The goal of digital support is to reinforce the digital skills of residents and offer support in everyday situations easily, free of charge, and nearby.
