Library customer service workers and Digital Handymen offer you guidance in digital matters every day. They will offer guidance in the use of different devices, programs and online services. Library customer service workers and Digital Handymen cannot participate in using online services that require strong identification. All library personnel follow the the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s Ethical Guidelines for Digital Support.
