Library customer service workers offer you guidance in digital matters every day. They will offer guidance in the use of different devices, programs and online services. Library customer service workers cannot participate in using online services that require strong identification. Exception to this are the libraries' own digital services, such as E-Library. All library personnel follow the the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s Ethical Guidelines for Digital Support.
