Document to be completed by the guardian

The staff of your child’s ECEC centre may send you a document to complete in eVaka. Before sending it to you, the staff may, if necessary, fill in parts of the document themselves. You must be strongly authenticated in eVaka to complete the document.

When the staff sends the document for you to complete, you will receive an email notification if you have saved your email address in eVaka and allowed notifications.

 

Completing and sending the document back to the ECEC centre

  1. Log in securely to eVaka at varhaiskasvatus.ouka.fi.
  2. Click the document link in the pop-up window that appears on your screen. You can also find the document under the Children menu in the documents of the relevant child.
  3. Fill in the document carefully. eVaka automatically saves your entries.
    Note: If you do not complete the document at once, you can return to finish it by reopening it and clicking Edit.
  4. When you are ready, click Preview.
  5. Send the document back to the ECEC centre by clinking Send.
