Kiikkusaari is a busy park-like area where the summer café Kiikku, a kiosk and the city greenhouses operate. The park includes a playground and fire pit sites as well as the eco-concrete OULU letters.

Power Outlets and Lighting
There is an Oulun Energia distribution board in the southeast corner of the café building that distributes a maximum of 3x125 A connections. Detailed location in the map. Utilization requires a temporary electricity contract with Oulun Energia (in Finnish).
