Madetoja Park
The Madetoja Park is located in Oulu city centre in the Pokkitörmä area, between the streets Aleksanterinkatu and Torikatu and near Cultural Centre Valve. The park, named after the Finnish composer Leevi Madetoja, hosts a statue by Aarne Aalto that represents the late composer. The park has also been referred to as Rantapuisto in the past. The Madetoja park offers a calm site for relaxation in the middle of the city.

Power Outlets and Lighting
Electricity available in the park for events (16 A three-phase power and one Schuko outlet). Key to the utility pole can be requested from the venue contact person.

A general public space utilization permit is required to use the venue. The permit is applied for via the ePermit service (in Finnish).
The use of public spaces is subject to a charge. The fees are determined by the Urban and Environment Services of Oulu's price list (in Finnish).
