The Hupisaari City Park is located near Oulu city centre by the Oulujoki River’s southern coast. The Pakolansaari Island offers wide grass areas suitable for different types of events.

The event organizer is responsible for waste management and sanitation.

Railway station – 1 km
Buses pass nearby.
City centre parking facilities are nearby.
Area, Surfaces and Structures
Area: approx. 1 700 m² (back area) and 2 200 m² (front area)
Rock dust paths cross through the grass area.
There are park benches along the paths.
Water and Wastewater
The nearest toilet is located on the Kiikkusaari Island.
Power Outlets and Lighting
There are no distribution boards nearby.
You may ask the Museum of Northern Ostrobothnia about using their electricity.

Free-of-charge events of under 200 attendees require a reservation in the Timmi Booking Service.

A general public space utilization permit is required to use the venue. The permit is applied for via the ePermit service (in Finnish).
The use of public spaces is subject to a charge. The fees are determined by the Urban and Environment Services of Oulu's price list (in Finnish).
