Pikkukangas Park
Pikkukankaantie
The Pikkukangas Park is located behind the Raksila indoor swimming pool, and it is sometimes referred to as Pikkukankaanmäki. The park once had a ski jumping tower, but it was dismounted during the 1970s. There is a sculpture in the park, Valaistuksen tie designed by Laila Pullinen, which was mounted in 1986. During winters, the area is in frequent use for sledging. The park's nature trails and lawn areas offer suitable spaces for various outdoor activities as well as sites for relaxation right next to Oulu city centre.

Power Outlets and Lighting
No electricity available for small-scale events. Event organizers must arrange electricity separately, if needed.

A general public space utilization permit is required to use the venue. The permit is applied for via the ePermit service (in Finnish).
The use of public spaces is subject to a charge. The fees are determined by the Urban and Environment Services of Oulu's price list (in Finnish).
