Oulu Waterworks renewed its online service

Oulu Waterworks’ new online service Vesitili was published on January 22, 2026. The service can be used by individual and business customers. 

The renewed Vesitili offers the customers of Oulu Waterworks the possibility to handle their water management needs widely and safely through strong Suomi.fi identification. 

Customers can, for example, update their contact information, consent to electronic contact, and monitor the distribution of annual costs. If customers use remote-readable water meters, their hourly water consumption data can be read on the service. 

Property managers and businesses can register to the Vesitili service. After registration, they can view the water data of all consumption places they represent.
