The festival calls for actors

Welcome to Oulu festival brings together cultural actors, organizations and various departments of the City of Oulu to showcase their services and activities to the residents of Oulu. Mannerheim Park offers various opportunities for introducing your activities and organizing participatory activities. The call for actors ends on August 7, 2024.

Tents will be set up in an area where actors can introduce themselves to visitors. Actors can also hold different demonstrations, competitions, and experiments at the festival. Participation in the festival is free of charge for actors. After the sign-up closes, all actors will be assigned a spot at the festival area based on space requirements and theme.
