The Oulu Region

The municipalities in the Oulu Region cooperate to develop land use, housing, transport, services and business. This cooperation includes the municipalities of Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu and Tyrnävä.
