The City of Oulu owns several sports and exercise facilities: Oulu Hall, Sports House, the Linnamaa and Oulunsalo exercise halls, Oulu, Raatti and Vesi-Jatuli Swimming Pools, Värttö Exercise Hall and Oulu and Linnanmaa ice rinks. The Heinäpää Sports Centre includes an indoor football arena.
The sports and exercise facilities provide opportunities to play a variety of sports, including badminton, basketball, volleyball, badminton, floorball, athletics, football and ice hockey.
Gyms are located in the following facilities: Oulu, Raatti and Vesi-Jatuli Swimming Pools, Oulu Hall, Sports House, and Linnanmaa, Oulunsalo, Jatuli and Värttö exercise halls. Guided activities for groups are also available at the various facilities.
