Housing and Construction
The City of Oulu leases and sells plots for residential and business use in accordance with the land-use plan. Annual provision of plots ensures that about 1,400 new housing units can be built according to the needs of residents and the business sector. Land-use contracts are used when building new homes and business premises in the city centre and areas where the land-use arrangements have changed.
