Hygiene passport
Those working with unpackaged foodstuffs on food premises must have a hygiene passport as proof of their food hygiene competence. The passport is granted after passing the Finnish Food Authority's (Ruokavirasto) hygiene passport test.
Food premises in-house control plan must keep track of the hygiene passports of the staff. The entrepreneur is responsible for the staff having a hygiene passport.
