Retail Sale of Tobacco Products
The trading licence for tobacco products is granted by the health care authority. The licence application and the instructions for applying can be found on the Valvira website. The applicant must attach a self-monitoring plan. The instructions (only in Finnish or in Swedish) for which can be found on the same website. In addition, a notification must be made regarding changes in or discontinuation of the sales using a form found on the Valvira website. A fee is charged for the processing and monitoring of the application.
