Tobacco
The Tobacco Act decrees the actions aimed to prevent commencing the use of tobacco products, to promote giving up their use, and to protect the public from exposure to cigarette smoke.
The aim of the Act is to end the use of tobacco products containing toxic and addictive substances.
The Tobacco Act is monitored by Valvira, municipalities, occupational health and safety authorities, and the police.
