Youth Centres
Oulu has 22 Youth centres. They offer a safe environment for children and young people aged 7 to 17 during their free time. The services are free of charge, and they are widely available throughout the city.

Camp Centre
The camp centre Koppana is on the coast in Oulunsalo. The centre is primarily meant for Oulu-based youth organisations and groups. It is not available for private use.
Local registered associations can rent Koppana for €125/day or €25/hour. For others the rents are €225/day or €30/hour.

Band Rehearsal Rooms
Oulu-based bands can hire rehearsal rooms. The rooms are rented for a fixed period, for example one year. The application period is in May.
