Oulun Päivät kutsuu kaikkia tapahtumajärjestämisestä kiinnostuneita tahoja tarjoamaan ohjelmaa festivaaleille, jotka järjestetään 1.-3.9.2023. Jätä tuotantorahahakemuksesi viimeistään 13.3.2023 lomakkeella. Lomake löytyy myös tämän verkkosivun alalaidasta.
Ehdotusten tulee olla suomen- tai englanninkielisiä. Oulun kaupungin yksiköt eivät voi hakea tukea. Oulun Päivät voi tukea valittuja tapahtumia tai esityksiä esimerkiksi rahallisesti tai tiloja ja välineitä lainaamalla. Olemme yhteydessä valittuihin toimijoihin maaliskuun loppuun mennessä. Kaikkien Oulun Päivien tapahtumien ja esiintyjien tulee sitoutua Oulun Päivien tapahtumajärjestäjän ohjeisiin. Tutustu ohjeisiin ennen lomakkeen täyttämistä.
Toivomme ohjelmistoon niin perinteitä esiintuovaa kuin myös uutta kaupunkikulttuuria luovaa sisältöä!
Valinnoissa painotettavat kriteerit:
- ohjelman jakautuminen monipuolisesti ympäri kaupunkia
- uudenlaiset tapahtumasisällöt
- erilaisten kohderyhmien huomioiminen
Hakemuksen voi jättää kerran ja sitä ei voi jälkikäteen muokata. Saat sähköpostiisi vahvistuksen, kun hakemuksesi on tullut perille. Viestin saapumiseen voi mennä hetki.
Raati pidättää oikeuden määrittää myönnetyn rahoituksen suuruuden.

Oulun Päivien ohjelmaan voi ilmoittautua mukaan myös ilman tukea. Jos tapahtuma ei tarvitse tukea, lue Oulun Päivien ohjeet tapahtumajärjestäjille ja ilmoita tapahtumasi mukaan Oulun Päivien ohjelmaan Mun Oulun tapahtumakalenterissa.
Open Programme Call for Oulu Days has ended, thank you for your applications!
Oulu Days invites all interested event organizers and performers to submit proposals for the official Oulu Days' programme in 2023. The festival will be held 1st–3rd September 2023. Please submit your proposal by 13th March 2023 by the form. The form can also be found at the bottom of this website.
Proposals must be in Finnish or English. Organisations governed by the City of Oulu are not eligible to participate in the open call. The selected organisations will be notified by the end of March 2023. The selected proposals will receive funding or other support from the City of Oulu. The city can support selected productions, for example by borrowing equipment, offering an event venue or financially. All Oulu Days events and performers must commit to the Oulu Days organizers' guidelines. Please read the guidelines before filling in the form.
We hope that the proposals include content that highlights traditions as well as creates new urban culture!
The jury takes into account:
- the distribution of the Oulu Days program evenly throughout the city
- new types of events
- consideration of different target groups
The application can be submitted once. The answers to the application cannot be changed after the submission. You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been received. It may take a while for the email to arrive.
The jury reserves the right to determine the amount of the granted funding.
