Oulu10 Service Points are open from June 26 – July 27 as follows: 

  • Torikatu and Haukipudas Service Points: Mon – Fri, 10.00–16.00 

  • Kiiminki, Ylikiiminki and Oulunsalo Service Points: closed from June 23 – July 27 

  • Yli-Ii Library operates as a self-service library, the Oulu10 Service Point is closed from June 23 – August 8 

Phone and online customer services are open from Mon – Fri, 8.00–16.00
