Due to the construction work, customer parking at Saaren Central Library is no longer available. Accessible parking spaces will remain available.

The construction work will occasionally cause significant noise inside the library as well. Please take this into consideration when booking library spaces or planning your time at the library.

You can reserve two venues in Central Library Saari: Pakkala Hall and Event Space Laituri. 

The venues are suitable for 

  • Association and business functions (streaming is possible)
  • Commercial events, such as stand-up
  • Evening functions and dinners
  • Please note: events in cooperation with the library must be reserved via e-mail tapahtumat.kirjasto@ouka.fi
  • The Pooki Stage in CafĂ© Tarina has been specified as the Central Library Saari’s own venue. You can inquire about the stage via e-mail tapahtumat.kirjasto@ouka.fi
