City Centre Vision 2026–2040

The city centre vision is a strategic plan that guides the Oulu city centre’s development. The city centre vision work is done together with citizens in order to figure out how experiential, unique, and functional the Oulu city centre could be in 2040. The vision will be finalized in the spring of 2026.
