You are welcome to visit any of Oulu’s public libraries independently. We also organize guided tours of the Central Library Saari and other libraries whenever possible.
Independent visits
You can visit all libraries independently during opening times and self-service hours. Independent groups are also welcome.
Library group guidance
Group guidance is organized for immigrants, student groups, and other adult groups in all libraries.
Groups of library professionals
We organize visits to Central Library Saari for library professionals and people working in comparable public fields.
Other group visits
You can book a tour to Central Library Saari from Oulu Region’s Tour Guides. The tour includes exploring Saari’s facilities and services. The tour is subject to a charge.
